Our History
While in the beginning, Orchid Lake was a place for summer fun for many owners, today Orchid Lake is a year round home for its residents.
Those who live at Orchid Lake see it as a unique environmental gem that allows escape from the rattle and tumble of a chaotic world outside. Here, one can find solace and peace of mind and commune with nature.

Annual Meeting
The Orchid Lake Estates Homeowners’ Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. in the Pavilion.
Upcoming Board of Directors Election
At our Annual Meeting in October, there will be a vote for five (5) Board members to serve a three-year term. The positions include: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director. The secretary will need to assume all secretarial duties for the Board.
Board members must:
- Have their name listed on a deed of property located within Orchid Lake Estates,
- Be an HOA member in good standing which means dues are paid in full for the current year and they have incurred no violations within the previous six months, and
- There can only be one member from a family serving as a Board member
Several current Board members will be stepping down, so if you are considering service as a Board member, please speak with a current member to understand the duties/scope of the positions. Current Board members are Michael Mull, President, Corinne de Jesus, Vice President, Richard Cromwell, Treasurer, JP Tirico, Secretary, and Brian Steele, Director.
